Gmail rejects login error (0x800CCC92): -ERR [AUTH]

I reset my Mobil , for Factory setting , and reinstall app , on my phone.
after that , I cannot login , to my Outlook on PC.
OUTLLOK on mobile worked- only if I put a full backup . { MANUAL settings of OUTLOOK donnot accept !!!}

GMAIL reject the login from PC , but accept login from mobile .
also donot accept MANUAL setting on the OUTLOOK account { on Mobile and PC }, and donnot syncronize with the account .

The exact error message from Outlook is : "Receiving reported error (0x800CCC92) : Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account settings. The server responded: -ERR [AUTH] Web login required: https://support.google.com/answer/78754'

solved like this :
1 enter in Gmail account
2. delete all old Items , that use in the past the account . { like old PC , old mobile, other PC from friends , that try to login to help }
3. stop also my mobile that can login to account
4. confirm all YOUR entries in the account to Google .

6.I get OUT from my account
7. get in to OUTLOOK , from my mainPC , go in Account manager , and Click on TEST the acount , AND WORKED .
